Shiv Jagday, former Canadian and US Men's National Teams coach, "Peter D'Cruz, knows how to develop elite youth players, as he has spent most of his life since the 1980's doing so, in Toronto, Canada. It is hard not to notice the quality of technical and tactical skills the young players demonstrate who have been developed under his tutelage. Now sharing his vast knowledge and experience with the youth players and their coaches globally, under the banner of the FHCC, is a step in the right direction.
